Fuji Apple
Introduction from Japan that quickly became California's favorite apple. Its main characteristic is the pink speckled flush over a yellow-green background. 15-18 ft. spread. Pink to white blossoms One of the most popular dessert apples, Fuji has mild, sweet flavor and fine-textured, juicy flesh. Stores very well and stays crisp, both at room temperature and refrigerated. Ripens in mid October.
